- Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) also offers training in aviation, electric utility technology and automated manufacturing systems at its Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport campus. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. This makes HBC the fourth major aviation company expanding to the airport, joining Cessna, Embraer and Crown Air.
