GPEC, through its Community Building Consortium (CBC) and Economic Development Directors Team, offers a 90-day or less certified permitting process, which decreases process timeframes for qualified projects.

GPEC communities are committed to streamlining and simplifying, where possible, the permitting process. This business-friendly process will save
you time and money in getting projects off the ground.

To qualify for 90-Day permitting, projects/project manager must:

  1. Meet criteria addressing GPEC's high-wage strategy and other
    community priorities.
  2. Involve project professionals on pre-phase development team meeting(s).
  3. Participate in pre-phase meetings and develop competitive working timelines/schedules.
  4. Submit fully completed plans.
  5. Maintain schedule and fulfill commitments.
For 90-Day permitting projects, the development team may include but is not limited to the following:
