As Vice President of Business Development at GPEC, Allison Gilbreath provides site-selection assistance and market analyses to companies looking to expand or relocate to the Greater Phoenix region.
Prior to joining GPEC, she spent 10 years at the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), where she served as Vice President of Business Attraction. During her tenure at ACA, Allison acted as a liaison between corporate clients, government officials and business leaders providing a myriad of site selection services. Drawing upon a comprehensive understanding of Arizona’s tax-mitigating policies and financial incentive programs, Allison specialized in guiding clients through the incentives process and helping companies maximize program benefits.
Since 2007, Allison has been involved in the attraction of more than 20,000 new jobs and over $1 billion in new capital investment to Arizona. Notable clients include Amazon.com, Asurion, Farmers Insurance, Northern Trust Company, Tractor Supply Company, Zenefits and many others.
In 2016, Allison was recognized by Consultant Connect as one of “North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers.” Allison earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She also attended the University of Oklahoma for the Economic Development Institute.
She resides in Phoenix with her husband, Matt, and their two beloved dogs.
