Intern, Research & Analytics
Ricardo Charcas is a Research and Analytics Intern who uses his experience with research methods and GIS to analyze data on economic development in Greater Phoenix. He has worked on numerous projects involving housing affordability assessments, demographic trends and spatial analysis.
Ricardo earned his bachelor’s degree in geography in 2021 and master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning in May of 2022, both from Arizona State University. Raised in the Phoenix area, he enjoys hiking, camping, and backpacking in and around the Southwest in his free time.
