Kaled Alhanafi

Kaled Alhanafi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Basata, an applied AI company eliminating the administrative bottlenecks that delay patient care. At Basata, Alhanafi leads the company’s mission to help healthcare teams spend more time on patients and less time fighting paperwork, phone queues, fax backlogs, and disconnected workflows. Prior to Basata, Alhanafi led operational and general management roles at two of the most complex technology companies in mobility. At Cruise, he served as General Manager overseeing commercial operations as the company scaled its ride-hail and delivery services. Before that, he led one of Lyft’s largest operations organizations, overseeing lines of business including rideshare, vehicle service, rentals, and driver support. Alhanafi received his BS in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
