As the Greater Phoenix region’s premier economic development organization, we not only aim to attract economically sustainable businesses to the Valley, but also strive to highlight the beauty and diversity of our incredible region through the curation and display of locally sourced art.
For our next exhibit, we’re looking to feature art that highlights the wide array of culinary novelties found here in the Copper State. From the chiltepin pepper and its high-ranking status on the Scoville Scale, to prickly pear inspired dishes and cocktails, to authentic Native American cuisine, we want to exhibit works of art that showcase why natives and visitors alike can’t get enough of our Southwestern delicacies.
Requirements:
- Selected pieces must be framed or on a canvas with a wire backer ready to be wall mounted
-
Selected submissions will be on display from December 1 – March 31
-
You have the option to make your piece available for purchase. If someone chooses to purchase your piece, all sales will be handled directly between the artist and buyer.*
* All purchased pieces are required to stay on display until the end of the exhibition on April 30.
Submission deadline is November 16. All submissions should be provided via jpeg or pdf, along with dimensions, sale price and brief description to Stefanie Carson at scarson@gpec.org.
