What is your company mission?
Stan Mirzayev: Providing thousands of automotive mechanics and do-it-yourselfers a free, easy mobile and web app that helps them search and order parts from local part suppliers in seconds, saving time and money.

What city in Arizona is your company located in?
Mirzayev: Phoenix

How did you come up with the idea for your company?
Mirzayev: I own and operate multiple service stations in Phoenix. A personal daily struggle for me is finding replacement parts from local part vendors. I spend too much time calling multiple part suppliers trying to find the right part at the right price, this is time consuming and aggravating. I decided to create a solution and make it free for hundreds of thousands of automotive professionals like myself.

Explain why you chose Greater Phoenix to grow your company.
Mirzayev: I love Arizona with no plans to movePhoenix is where my company started and will remain.

Why is Greater Phoenix a great place to develop, implement and scale this technology?
Mirzayev: Phoenix is growing in every industry and I want to be a part of it. I moved to Phoenix from New York with my family 11 years ago and have no desire to live anywhere else. I am excited to be part of a growing community and the city of Phoenix.

What makes your product/technology unique and different?
Mirzayev: We are the only marketplace for mechanics, aggregating search results from multiple vendors on a single search. We have a VIN decoder which allows our app to decode a vehicles year, make, model, engine and size in seconds.

What’s the tech community like in Greater Phoenix? Is it easy to meet other people in the tech sector? Any tips for those who want to get plugged in?
Mirzayev: I love watching the technology community grow over the past four years. Through different online channels, founders and entrepreneurs are able to come together and help one another in numerous ways. From face-to-face interactions to online chats, we are a community that is determined to succeed and help each other.

In your opinion, why should someone work in tech in Greater Phoenix?
Mirzayev: Phoenix is growing in multiple ways, from infrastructure to tech, we have the capability to be a leading city in our nation. Housing is affordable, people are welcoming and solar power is the future of Phoenix.

Are you currently hiring? If so, what types of positions do you need filled now? What about in the future?
