Where are you originally from and why’d you decide to move to Arizona?

I am originally from Georgia and lived there for over two decades. I decided to move to AZ due to external reasons, some due to COVID, but that presented me with a good opportunity in Phoenix.

If you graduated from college, where did you attend and what was your degree?

I graduated from Berry College with a BS in Engineering and my second degree from Kennesaw State University with an Electrical Engineering major.

Where do you currently work and what is your title?

I currently work with Compliance Testing as an EMC Engineer.

What do you like to do in Greater Phoenix on the weekends?

I usually do grocery shopping and hope to partake in some community service activities.

What’s your favorite restaurant and why?

My favorite restaurant in the Phoenix area is the Halal Guys.

What’s your go-to staycation spot and why?

My favorite go-to-staycation spot would be Los Angeles as it is near the coast and my favorite radio station in the West Coast also broadcasts from there, KOST 103.5!

How do you stay “cool” in the Arizona summers?

I moved to AZ in one of the hottest summers in modern history. I stay cool by making sure to always stay hydrated.

What do you like about our winters and why?

I like Phoenix winters because it is moderately warmer than other parts of the U.S. and feels nice.

What do you love most about living in Greater Phoenix?

I love the warmth and easy access to highways as well as the road grid system.
