Why did you decide to stay in here?

The cost of living is excellent, there are lots of job opportunities in a wide range of fields, and I never even had to learn how to scrape ice off my car windows.

If you graduated from college, where did you attend and what was your degree?

Arizona State University, Journalism

Where do you currently work and what is your title?

I’m at GPEC as a Digital Marketing intern.

What do you like to do in Greater Phoenix on the weekends?

I swim, hike either in the Phoenix area or drive north a couple hours, and enjoy bar districts in a few different suburbs here.

What’s your favorite restaurant and why?

I’m a big fan of Mexican restaurants Mucho Taco and Espo’s.

How do you stay “cool” in the Arizona summers?

I stay inside during the day or I’m in a pool.

What do you like about our winters and why?

I can throw on a hoodie without getting bundled up, I don’t have to worry about the wind chill, and I can drive north a couple hours for a day trip to a ski resort.

What do you love most about living in Greater Phoenix?  

I can go about my day without worrying about the weather, and everything here is relatively cheap compared to other large cities. We have desert, we have lakes, and we have ski resorts all within a couple hours. We have California, Las Vegas and Mexico within a handful of hours. It’s a great place to live and is close to an array of fun activities.
