Why’d you decide to stay?
I decided to stay in Arizona because I believe that our state is well positioned to serve as a vital link to the diverse, global marketplace and I want to be a part of the transformation.

What college/university did you graduate from and what’s your degree?
Bachelor’s degree in Global Arts at Arizona State University

Where do you currently work and what is your title?
I am currently the Communications Specialist for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

What is your job industry?
Economic Development & Market Research/Intelligence

What do you like to do in Greater Phoenix on the weekends?
I love to hike or attend yoga class followed by brunch at the Breakfast Club. I also enjoy spending quality time with my siblings at our favorite craft breweries, Uncle Bear’s Brewery or Four Peaks Brewery. 

What’s your go-to staycation spot and why?
My family hosts our annual camping trip each July at Woods Canyon Lake in Payson, so it is definitely my go-to staycation spot. I look forward to unplugging and reconnecting with my family in the great outdoors!

What’s your favorite restaurant and why?
You will find me at the Breakfast Club in the mornings and Postino Wine Cafe is definitely my favorite restaurant for any occasion; both of these restaurants offer exceptional service and fresh ingredients. 

How do you stay “cool” in the Arizona summers?
The best way to stay cool is staying hydrated. I drink gallons of water daily during the summer.

What do you like about our winters and why?
Arizona winters offer weather that does not leave you trapped inside your house. I look forward to reading outside on my patio, going for outdoor trail runs and catching beautiful sunsets.

What do you love most about living in Greater Phoenix?
Greater Phoenix is full of diversity and I love its cultures, businesses and nature.
