As a nonprofit, we are interested in a strategic partner that will enhance GPEC’s brand in the remodeled office. As a 501 (c)3 GPEC is seeking a true partner with a commitment to the regional mission and the ability to contribute cash and in-kind contributions. However, we are interested in high/low cost estimates of services for planning purposes; this will not impact (either negatively or positively) consideration of your proposal.

Please specify what services are typically not included under your service agreement.

GPEC requires an electronic copy of the proposal to be sent via email as a PDF file. Please include “GPEC RFP IT Services” in the subject line.

Please submit your proposal via email to chu@gpec.org with all of the requirements of this RFP (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL) on or before April 15, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. local time.

GPEC will facilitate a tour of the space if requested; please contact chu@gpec.org  if you would like to arrange a tour.
