Allison Grigg is the Director of State Government Affairs for Amkor Technology, a global leader in semiconductor packaging and test services. In this role, Allison leads Amkor’s state-level advocacy efforts, working to shape public policy that supports the growth and competitiveness of the semiconductor industry. She collaborates with elected officials, regulatory agencies, and industry partners to advance initiatives that strengthen supply chain resilience, foster innovation, and drive investment in advanced manufacturing.

Allison also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Arizona Manufacturers Council and WESTMARC where she works alongside business leaders to promote policies that enhance Arizona’s economic vitality and manufacturing competitiveness.

She brings a strong background in economic development to her work, having previously focused on strategies to attract high-tech industries to Arizona, create quality jobs, and build sustainable regional economies.
