André Kudelski

André Kudelski is Chairman and CEO of the Kudelski Group, a world leader in digital business enablement technologies that encompass digital content security, cybersecurity, and IoT. He is also President of Innosuisse, the Swiss Federal Agency for Innovation, Chairman of the Montreux Jazz Festival Foundation and Vice-Chairman of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kudelski is Lead Director of the Board of Directors of Publicis Groupe, serves on the Foundation Board of the Swiss Digital Initiative and the Strategic Advisory Board of École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and is a member of the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences. He previously served on the boards of Nestlé, HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse), Edipresse and Dassault Systèmes. He received an Emmy Award and has been nominated as a Global Leader for Tomorrow. Mr. Kudelski holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Physics from EPFL.
