Bryan Willows

Director, Advanced Air Mobility – Americas / Bristow Group

Bryan Willows currently serves as Director of Advanced Air Mobility for the Americas region at Bristow Group. In this strategic role, he is responsible for planning and introducing Bristow’s eVTOL/eSTOL fleet in new and existing markets across North and South America, as well as the Caribbean. Willows also advises Bristow’s external partners and Executive Leadership Team on technical aviation matters.

Prior to his current role, Willows served as the Powered-Lift Program Manager, contributing to Bristow’s legacy as a vertical lift innovator. His focus was on the commercialization of the AW609. Before joining Bristow, he earned an MBA from the Acton School of Business in Austin, TX, in 2012, and held various roles with Johnson Controls Building Efficiency division from 2013-2019.

From 2001 to 2011, Willows served as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, flying the CH-46E “Sea Knight” and MV-22B “Osprey.” He deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and earned military awards such as the Air Medal, Joint Services Achievement Medal, and Navy Achievement Medal.

Willows holds aviation ratings as an Airline Transport Pilot – Helicopter, Commercial – Powered-lift, Single and Multi-engine Airplane pilot. He is also a Powered-Lift CFI/CFII.
