Catharine is a Global Workforce and Real Estate Strategy professional specializing in international expansion projects — from planning through implementation. She is currently an Associate Partner with Urbanite Advisors, a global location strategy firm focusing on urban renewal, sustainability and positive “win-win” impacts.
Previously, Catharine led TriNet’s global workforce expansion, establishing a Global Capabilities Center in Hyderabad, India. Catharine built the policies and structures that grew this location from a few dozen employees to over 600 today.
At Twitter, Catharine led the global workforce strategy team at the intersection of global strategy, workforce planning, people analytics and user participation that drove global user growth in important “hundred million user” markets such as West Africa and the EU. In her strategic consulting career with both JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, Catharine worked on a range of global workforce and location strategy assignments for a broad set of clients across multiple industries. In the Life Sciences sector, Catharine has consulted for 10X Genomics, Allergan, Baxter, AstraZeneca, Minnetronix, Novavax, Novartis, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Becton Dickinson, Prime Therapeutics, Walgreens, Stryker and others.
