Janelle Goulard is a Partner at Pangaea Ventures, a hard tech and impact venture capital firm. Janelle has over 15 years of healthcare experience working in private investments, scaling ventures and lean six sigma consulting. She spent a large part of her career at GE Healthcare in Europe and the US working with both private and public health organizations. Janelle’s entrepreneurial endeavors include launching a population health technology platform that became a joint venture between GE and Microsoft. Janelle has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelors of Commerce from McGill University.
