Judson Tillinghast is leader of Product Development and Strategy for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Based in Phoenix, APS is Arizona’s largest energy company and serves more than 1.3 million homes and businesses across the state.

Tillinghast leads the development of strategies and programs to help customers and partners meet their sustainability goals, accelerate electric vehicle adoption, utilize distributed technologies for energy savings, and increase customer and grid resiliency through microgrids. Since joining APS in 2010, Tillinghast has served in a wide range of roles including Supply Chain Management, Finance & Business Operations, Resource Management and Customer to Grid Solutions.

Prior to joining APS, Tillinghast worked with a venture capital company developing an online pharmacy.

Tillinghast received the RMEL Emerging Leader Award in 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University.
