Kevin Major is a Managing Director of Consulting with CBRE’s Labor Analytics, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Kevin has over 18 years of experience in operational and economic analytics. Prior to joining the Labor Analytics group Kevin worked on a global portfolio account for CBRE leading portfolio optimization analytics. Currently, with the Labor Analytics team Kevin leads site selection projects and labor market due diligence by leveraging proprietary tools and local market intelligence.

Through engagement with employers, local economic development groups and third party groups like staffing agencies, Kevin has gained a depth of qualitative knowledge on the North American markets and general labor trends.

Kevin also researches and drafts thought leadership pieces to address key trends that are top-of-mind for employers.
