Vice President Product Management & Innovation, Honeywell Aerospace

Kevin Suits has spent more than 18 years at Honeywell helping teams imagine what’s possible — and then building the systems, products, and experiences that bring those ideas to life. Today, he leads the Product Management and Innovation organization, where he guides strategy for how pilots, maintainers, and operators interact with Honeywell’s most advanced aviation technologies. His work centers on making complex aerospace systems more intuitive, efficient, and safer through human‑centered design.

In this strategic role, Kevin partners closely with business product teams, Engineering, and Sales to drive innovation and growth across Honeywell’s portfolio. He oversees NPI strategy, R&D investment and portfolio management operations. A recognized expert in the Z21 (Zero-to-First Revenue) innovation framework, rapid prototyping, and customer co‑innovation, Kevin has helped accelerate the development of next‑generation aerospace solutions.

Kevin’s leadership extends to the Honeywell User Experience (HUE) team, a global design organization known for earning multiple industry awards for excellence in UX and industrial design. and serving as Vice President of HUE, where he helped modernize flight deck interfaces and digital services for commercial, defense, and space applications. He holds multiple patents in the aviation industry for his contributions to advanced cockpit and operator‑experience design.

Colleagues know Kevin for his ability to blend strategic clarity with creative energy. He brings a steady, collaborative presence to complex challenges, always pushing teams to think boldly while staying grounded in customer needs and operational realities.

Outside of work, Kevin is happiest exploring the world with his family, painting a landscape, or diving deep into the world of high‑fidelity audio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from AI International and holds multiple patents. Prior to Honeywell, his career included several entrepreneurial roles at startups and successfully running his own company.
