Matt Baquet

Co-founder/Executive Producer, Eros Works

Matt Baquet brings over 15 years of experience in the entertainment and production industry, with a background spanning production management, concert promotion, marketing, and creative direction. He is the co-founder of Eros Works, a full-scale creative agency focused on culture-forward strategy, design, and production, as well as the co-founder of Best Life Presents, a concert promotion company producing more than 150 concerts and festivals annually across the state of Arizona.

Matt’s recent work includes reviving and directing Phoenix’s VIVA PHX festival, rebranding and production management for Arizona Wine Growers Association’s Off the Vine Wine Festival, and developing identity and branding for La Rosa in Tucson, among many other projects. He is also deeply involved in community-driven initiatives, supporting events such as Startup Tucson’s TENWEST Conference, Phoenix Art Museum’s Amplified Festival, and the DRY Co-op’s annual Regenerate AZ summit.
