Nicole Hill
Program Manager, Bioscience Roadmap & Research / Flinn Foundation
Nicole Hill joined the Flinn Foundation in November 2023 as Program Manager, Bioscience Roadmap & Research. Nicole has worked in research involving human subjects during her entire professional career, most recently in oncology and neurological clinical research.
Before joining the Foundation, Nicole held the position of Program Manager for Neurosurgery Clinical Research at Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and several positions at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, including Training & Compliance Specialist. She also contributed to a variety of projects, including research on simulator-based training, as a contractor with the U.S. Air Force. She has a passion for providing opportunities for research growth and education through personal relationships and through her service with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Phoenix chapter.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in mass communication and business in 2007 and is certified through ACRP as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. In her spare time, Nicole loves to hike, travel, and volunteer throughout Arizona.
