Robert Dalager

Mr. Dalager joined Public Policy Partners in August of 2015. He brings with him a wealth of experience dealing with government from the inside and the outside. Spending the last 29 years working with and for government, Mr. Dalager has acquired a long list of connections that easily allow him to serve client needs in almost any are of state and local government.

Mr. Dalager was a shareholder with the law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. from 2007 to 2015. There, he practiced in the area of government relations and represented a variety of corporate and governmental entities before the Arizona State Legislature, the executive branch and agencies, various cities and counties. In addition, Mr. Dalager advised clients in the area of campaign finance and election law, including advice and oversight of various candidate, issue and political action committees.

Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., Mr. Dalager worked as the Director of Operations for the Arizona State Senate for approximately ten years. While at the Senate, he supervised all staff, advised the Senate on policy issues, and provided the Senate majority with legal advice. For three years before that, he worked for Governor Symington as the Director of the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council.

Mr. Dalager holds a juris doctor from Creighton University and a B.S. in Business from Arizona State University. He has served on numerous charitable, civic and other boards and commissions including the Maricopa Trial Court Commission, Goodwill of Central Arizona, the Phoenix Transit Commission, and the Encanto Village Planning Commission.
