Tammy McLeod
CEO, Flinn Foundation
A broadly accomplished private-sector executive and community leader, Tammy McLeod joined the Flinn Foundation in October 2017 as President and CEO. In this role, she is responsible for all grant programs and operations of the Foundation which includes the biosciences, arts and culture, the Flinn Scholars program, the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership, and the Flinn Conference Center. Prior to joining the Flinn Foundation, she spent 23 years at Arizona Public Service, where she served in several C-Suite roles covering Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Corporate Affairs, Economic Development, Energy Planning and Commodity Markets. Under her leadership, APS garnered top awards for Marketing, Communications and Customer Service from the EPA, Chartwell, E-Source, and the American Business Awards. Tammy’s commitment to Arizona has included numerous board appointments, currently including the Arizona Community Foundation, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and the Nature Conservancy. She was recently named to the Medical Education Advisory Committee for the proposed Northern Arizona University School of Medicine.
