GPEC adds two new powerhouses to the business development team

As Vice President of Business Development, Allison Gilbreath provides site-selection assistance and market analyses to companies looking to expand or relocate to the Greater Phoenix region. Prior to joining GPEC, she spent 10 years at the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), where she served as Vice President of Business Attraction. During her tenure at ACA, Allison acted as a liaison between corporate clients, government officials and business leaders providing a myriad of site selection services. Allison earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She also attended the University of Oklahoma for the Economic Development Institute.
As Director of Business Development, Darryn Jones provides competitive market analyses and site-selection assistance to companies looking to expand or relocate to the region. Prior to joining GPEC, Darryn spent two years as an economic development specialist for the City of Avondale where he led the city’s technology sector strategy and managed over 50,000 square feet of city-owned real estate assets. Darryn also served in the offices of governors Martin O’Malley in Maryland and Jan Brewer in Arizona, where he performed econometric analyses on each state’s respective capital and operating budgets. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Darryn received his bachelor’s degree as well as his a master’s degree in public policy and applied economics from The Johns Hopkins University, where he was a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar.
