The Dallas-based company’s move marks one of the biggest Valley lease deals since 2011, and will be renting 593,600 square feet of space near 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road from Liberty Property Trust.

“After evaluating numerous markets in the Western U.S., Tuesday Morning selected Greater Phoenix to operate a nearly 600,000 square foot logistics center,” said Chris Camacho, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. “I want to thank Mayor Greg Stanton, Councilmembers and City staff for cultivating a great corporate environment centered around growing jobs and promoting economic diversity in the Greater Phoenix region.”
