The decision came after the state of Washington introduced two bills that if passed would tax the sale of vaping equipment and ban online sales. “Mt. April 2, 2015Upscale discount retailer Tuesday Morning is opening a distribution center in southwest Phoenix that is expected to create 300 new jobs.
