Zenefits continues rapid growth with new office in...

Last fall, Zenefits announced its first major expansion out of San Francisco, as the company looked to further grow its operations. In just over six months, Zenefits has now announced a second site in Greater Phoenix with a new location in Tempe. “With small businesses across the country wanting to take the HR headaches out of managing their companies, the demand for our HR automation software is off the charts,” said Parker Conrad, CEO and co-founder of Zenefits. “With this fast growth, we need more people to join our team – and a place to put them. Mt. Baker Vapor to move operations to Mesa

One of the world’s largest online e-liquid producers and retailers, Mt. Baker Vapor, has officially announced their plans to relocate from Bellingham, Wash. to Mesa, Ariz. The decision came after the state of Washington introduced two bills that if passed would tax the sale of vaping equipment and ban online sales. “Mt. Booker expands operations to Scottsdale

Arvato digital services leases 33,048 SF in Chandler

Arvato Digital Services, LLC, a subsidiary of the multi-billion dollar multinational mass media company Bertelsmann, has signed a six year lease for office space at the San Tan Tech Center in Chandler. Tuesday Morning opens distribution center in southwest...

Upscale discount retailer Tuesday Morning is opening a distribution center in southwest Phoenix that is expected to create 300 new jobs. The Dallas-based company’s move marks one of the biggest Valley lease deals since 2011, and will be renting 593,600 square feet of space near 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road from Liberty Property Trust."After evaluating numerous markets in the Western U.S., Tuesday Morning selected Greater Phoenix to operate a nearly 600,000 square foot logistics center," said Chris Camacho, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. San Francisco-based Boomtown expands to Scottsdale

Boomtown is the latest tech company out of California to announce their plans to expand operations to Scottsdale.
