As Senior Data Scientist at GPEC, Albert is responsible for designing, creating and managing data architecture and the various operations that run on those local and cloud-based systems such as data aggregation, processing, storage, analysis and visualization as well as the development and implementation of machine learning models to optimize business attraction efforts.
A Phoenix native and downtown resident, Albert earned a BSE in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University yet has found the fields of economic development and data science more to his liking.
