Colleen Medina serves as Engagement Director at GPEC, where she focuses on strengthening relationships with investors and cultivating meaningful partnerships that support the continued growth of Greater Phoenix.
A native Arizonan, Colleen brings a diverse background spanning nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, technology sales, and partner channel development. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building strong partner ecosystems, developing strategic relationships, and helping organizations grow through collaboration and community engagement.
Before joining GPEC, Colleen worked in the technology sector supporting partner programs and channel development, helping businesses scale through strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships. Her experience across both nonprofit and private-sector environments gives her a unique perspective on how mission-driven organizations and businesses can work together to drive meaningful regional impact.
Colleen is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona and attended Seton Catholic High School. Having grown up in Arizona, she has a deep appreciation for the state’s history, culture, and entrepreneurial spirit, and she is passionate about contributing to the continued success of Greater Phoenix.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys exploring Arizona’s outdoors with her husband and son, discovering historic towns across the state, hiking local trails, and spending time teaching her son sports and new adventures.
