Kevin joined GPEC’s Research and Analytics team as an intern in January 2020 and was brought on board full-time as a Research Analyst in June 2021. He supports GPEC’s regional mission by working on community, investor and internal research requests, as well as tackling GIS projects and long-term research. Kevin’s professional interests include urban analytics, spatial analysis and statistics, city-scale population health and local housing markets.
In May 2020, Kevin earned his master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning with a graduate certificate in GIS from Arizona State University. Before joining GPEC, Kevin was an intern at the City of Phoenix Water Services Department where he worked in Demand, Research and Infrastructure Planning. He has previous experience in the medical device and residential construction/real estate industries.
Kevin has lived and worked all over the world: Texas, California, New York, Florida, Austria, Germany and Spain. Happy to be settled in Arizona, he currently lives in Phoenix with his wife and son.
