Vice President of Human Resources, Martha Miner, works as a strategic partner in maintaining employee relationships as well as facilities oversight. Martha is responsible for employee development, benefit and payroll processing, orientation and training, recruiting, hiring, maintenance of employee documentation and oversight of employee enrichment programs. She also provides IT management and support, travel oversight, office management and GPEC event planning and execution.
Martha has an extensive background in human resources, payroll and benefits, project management, organizational development and facilities management and oversight. She has more than 30 years of professional experience in these areas.
Martha grew up in Las Cruces, N.M., where she studied education and psychology at New Mexico State University. She has resided in Arizona since 1995 and has raised three children with her husband Tom. Martha enjoys collecting art, travel, home renovation projects but most of all spending time with her family, which includes five fabulous grandchildren.
