TJ serves as GPEC’s Senior Director of Business Development and joined the team in July of 2026. His focus is on promoting the Greater Phoenix region for high quality companies that are relocating or expanding.
TJ graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and an active real estate license in Arizona. His background includes municipal economic development, project management, and all aspects of real estate. As an Arizona native he enjoys going hiking, paddleboarding, and simply taking in the amazing landscape.
