Ashley Busada joined the Greater Phoenix Economic Council team in July 2021 as the Senior Director of Business Development. As a certified economic developer, she brings seven years of economic development experience in business attraction and expansion from North Louisiana. Ashley’s project leadership experience and results-driven pedigree will support GPEC’s mission to attract and grow quality business.
Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Ashley graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in political communication. She is a 2021 Development Counsellors International (DCI) Economic Development 40 Under 40 Award recipient and serves on the International Economic Development Council Young Professionals Committee. Prior to joining GPEC, Ashley worked at the North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP), where she focused on business attraction and retention efforts and coordinated the advocacy-related activities and legislative initiatives.
