How does it work?

Program participants will benefit from GPEC’s experience in advising executives from start-up to global fortune companies for more than 30 years, three months complimentary office space, access to our extensive professional network of industry insiders, university, workforce, state and local regulatory authorities and our suite of research and other services.

After the three-month introductory period, participants will be given the opportunity to extend their stay at ASU SkySong at the current lease market rate with aftercare support services or seek an alternate location in Greater Phoenix.

With 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 75 degrees, Greater Phoenix has the perfect climate for Data Centers.
