Carlisle companies corporate headquarters moving to...

Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a $3.5 billion global manufacturer and Fortune 1000 company, will relocate its Corporate Headquarters to Kierland One in Phoenix this year. Silicon Valley-based technology company Gainsight has announced an expansion to Greater Phoenix, AZ.

Gainsight expands operations to Phoenix

Silicon Valley-based technology company Gainsight has announced an expansion to Phoenix. The company, focused on customer success, will headquarter its corporate marketing at the 111 W. Monroe building in downtown Phoenix. Gainsight was named 48th on this year’s Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing private companies list, recording a 252% year-over-year growth in the past quarter. “This movement of fast-growing tech companies, such as Gainsight, expanding out of California is ultimately tied to the availability of a skilled workforce and strong tech culture in the Greater Phoenix region,” said Chris Camacho, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. “We are excited to Gainsight continue its growth in this market, further adding to the next generation of tech in Greater Phoenix.” Read the full release.

IRIS USA selects Surprise for western US regional headquarters

IRIS USA, Inc., a consumer products company that sells to retailers across America and a subsidiary of IRIS Ohyama, Inc., announced it will build its Western United States Regional Headquarters in Surprise, Ariz.In making the announcement during her State of the City address, Surprise Mayor Sharon Wolcott said, “This project is aligned with the city’s goal of attracting foreign direct investment from quality companies that want to be a part of the vision and vitality of Surprise. We could not ask for a better new neighbor. Welcome IRIS USA.”IRIS USA’s new 280,000-square-foot building will include office, manufacturing and distribution space.Read the full press release here.
